What can you achieve at Wölfel?
- Setting up and operating scalable AI/ML infrastructures in the cloud and on-prem
- Automation of deployments with infrastructure as code (e.g. Terraform)
- Integration and operation of CI/CD pipelines for AI and generative AI applications
- Ensuring security, compliance (GDPR, ISO 27001) and performance
- Close collaboration with data scientists, DevOps, IT and internal stakeholders
- Helping to shape architectural decisions, active participation in innovation projects with interdisciplinary teams and coordination with external cloud providers
- Opportunity for professional development in the areas of Cloud AI, ML Ops and IT security
What skills are required for this role?
- Education: Completed training with further training as a technician or studies (Bachelor/Master) in computer science, engineering or mathematics
- Experience: Practical experience in cloud infrastructure, DevOps or data engineering as well as in the architecture and operation of productive AI/ML systems - ideally in an enterprise environment, practical experience in scripting, programming and monitoring
- Expertise: Experience with Azure, CI/CD, IaC, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), scripting (Python, Bash), monitoring (Azure Monitor, Grafana), IT security for AI workloads, MLOps (n8n) and data engineering/ETL, sound know-how in cloud technologies as well as automation and IT security
- Soft skills: Strong personal responsibility, high reliability, strong analytical skills and solution-oriented thinking
- Language skills: Business fluent in German and English
